Suggest Treatment For Phantosmia

I have been smelling cigarette smoke/smoke where there is no smoke. This has been occurring off and on day and night - even waking me up thinking something is on fire. No one else smells smoke. It is happening more frequently - multiple times an hour. Do you have any suggestions?
