Suggest Treatment For Pharynx Infection?

Hello I have sensitivity in the Pharynx which cause me to cough and when I checked my mouth I saw some yellow marks on the Pharynx. Can you tell me please what it is and what can I do about it? and by the way I have nasal Polyps and Chronic Sinusitis with Allergic Rhinitis and I take Avamys for comfort and to ease my breathing, Does my Symptoms above have something to do with the Polyps / Chronic Sinusitis / with the medicine etc? Thank you for your time and quick answer

Pateints with Allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and polyps is likely to have recurrent infection of throat, which needs to be treated with antibiotics, gargles etc. If Polys have not regressed than FESS (surgery) is recommended followed with anti allergic treatment.
