Plz give me the positive suggestion about the problems,
Your husband's problem could be due to phimosis. It could be a partial or complete phimosis. For that I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo detailed examination to confirm the cause. Treatment should be started only after clinical confirmation.
For partial phimosis: Hot bath and then application of steroid ointment. Then forcefully backward stretching of foreskin should be done under observation of urologist. Complete phimosis need minor surgery like circumcision. Pain in vagina during intercourse could be due to vaginal dryness, vaginismus, vaginal infection. Vaginal swab test and vaginal examination will help you to diagnose the cause. Vaginal infection require clingen suppository and lactobacillus suppository.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene before and after sex, use v vaginal plus wash. You can use lox 2 also that will decrease pain. Along with that try water based K-Y lubrication gel before sexual intercourse. Avoid stress and anxiety during sex. Insert penis slowly and once pain appear then stop and divert your mind. Slowly increase the insertion of penis. During pain take deep breath from mouth and relax yourself. Eat healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
