General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Phimosis inability to retract the foreskin due to fibrosis.
Examination by the urologist is the must for the diagnosis.
So I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo examination
Following treatment will helpful in partial phimosis:
Hot bath followed by application of the steroid ointment and forceful retraction of the foreskin.
Regular cleaning of segma.
For complete phimosis:
Minor surgical process like dorsal slit or circumcision will helpful after complete evaluation.
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
