Suggest Treatment For Phimosis
Hello doctor, i didnt had sex till now but i had noticed my penis outer skin its joint and its not going back as well as the hole opening is too small, i tried pulling back but the upper skin is joint and it doesnt come back. Please advice if i need any surgery or treatment ans whether i have a risk of losing my manhood after surgery.....

If you are not able to retract the foreskin till the coronal sulcus exposing the glans, then please visit an urologist who can advise you surgery/other remedies for relief. Do not worry surgery for this cannot cause any damage to your manhood. All the best.
