General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Pica is usually due to iron deficiency. Once the hemoglobin status is corrected, it will settle. Do a complete blood count and check the hemoglobin status. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best. Thank you.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
