Suggest Treatment For Piece Of Plastic Stuck In Throat

Earlier today i was eating a innocent veg pot and found a piece of the plastic rim in my mouth. i had been eating it quite fast as i was in a rush and believe that i may of swalloed a piece as their was quite a bit missing of the edge and i feel like there is something stuck in my throat. The piece i removed from my mouth did have very sharp edges. what should i do if anything? i am in no pain

Your stomach will probably cut it in small pieces. As you are not in throat pain, there is no need to vomit or rush to the ER.
