I have a piercing headache at the top right of my head. It gets pretty painful . I do not have a cold or feverish do not like taking medication but have had to resort to Advil to handle the pain. I also have exceeding migraine formula but haven t taken that--it seems pretty aggressive. I ve tried heat, ice, dark, lying down, sitting up. Any ideas of things to try?
