Hi,

I can understand your concern pigmentation and black spots on face.

The important things to tell you regarding pigmentation and black spots on face:

-use a sunscreen daily.

-protect yourself from direct long term sun exposure.

-Do not use any cosmetics on face.

- In my patients I use kojic acid and azelaic acid at night time.

- DO not use any steroid based cream as can harm you rather than benefiting.

Take proper treatment from a dermatologist to get good relief.

Take care.
