Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation On Face

sir myself rohit... from jammu i have been suffereing from skin problem ..since last 1 year.. i have pigmentation on some portion on both sides of my face..also i have small ting white heads.. actually i dont know what they are.. and my dermat told me that they are sibosict. whatever... i had also done tca peels on face.. but still no results what should i do now.. please help me doc
