hi i have melanine problem i think when i was 15 or 16 i had 2 black patches in my back and slowely it increase and my back part of my body is black and front is light colour can you tell me why and i have combination skin and i have also small small pigmntation on my face can you tell me why

Hi,
The pigmented patches may be pigmented nevi most probably.
However, consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
If they are melanocytes nevi... they may be kept untreated. If you are embarrassed, the nevi may be managed by Laser therapy.
