Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query.I have a good suggestion that I think will help you.

First, I think it would be good to let you know that the best way to get relief is - surgical.

Sometimes, I have found that the medicines don't give full effect. The best way to get relief is by active surgery to ablate the lesion.

Best of luck.
I am sorry to be able to get your query a limited response. Please do understand that the treatment is surgical and so medicines that I suggest may not help you much, since you're on medicines already.

Still try stool softeners, and lots of fluids.

Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
