Suggest Treatment For Pimple And Acne Marks

Hello Dr. I am 21 male with oily skin, in the past I have visited skin specialist nd everyetime I went I had no problem fr 1 month then again I started getting pimples back. In starting there is inflation it remains like that sometimes nd sometimes puss is formed. I have tried many topical gels and now I m fed up with my skin. I have few small pimples also that won t go after many days also nd also I have acne scars. Please suggest medication.

Hi Dear .

As per your query pimple and acne marks are very common problem in teens due to blocked sebaceous gland pores . The pores get blocked because of various reasons like stress , hormonal changes and oily skin . I would suggest you to :-

-Apply Drospirone as that will be quite effective in controlling your acne to a large extent.


- Wash yours kin with soap containing benzoyl peroxide , which is very effective for curing acne .

- Apply cream containing azelaic acid after washing your skin twice a days .

- Frequent face wash with peach milk will be effective.

- Exfoliate your skin twice a week with non comedogenic exfoliant .

- Also apply vitamin E oil at night .

If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of condition.

Doctor may prescribe steroid ointment , antibiotics ( clindamycin ) course for at least 10 days or isteritenoin .
