Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Bumps Around The Vaginal Opening

i went to the doctor 4 days ago with the suspiction of a bacterial infection, i was diagnosed with a yeast infection after a wet prep was done, now after the last 2 days, i have found a few pimple like bumps around the opening of my vagina. I am 24 years old
