General & Family Physician, Dr. Priyanka's Response
Hi,
It is possible that the pimple-like bumps on your penis head could be caused by an STD, such as herpes or genital warts. It is important to get tested and diagnosed by a healthcare provider to determine the cause and receive appropriate treatment. You should refrain from sexual activity until you have been evaluated and treated. In the meantime, avoid touching or squeezing the bumps and keep the affected area clean and dry.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
