Suggest Treatment For Pimple-like Rash Around Nose

I have a small pimply rash around my nose that s been coming and going for a few months now. It s right at the edge of my nose above my lip and around my nostrils. And is painful to the touch. Doesn t itch. Tried cortisone, seemed to help but then it came back. Any idea what it can be?

can be folliculitis
apply T-bact cream locally twice daily
Maintain hygiene
Review after 7 days.
If remains , consult a dermatologist
