Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Sores Around The Ankles

Hi over the last few weeks I have had small pimple like sores appear around one of my ankles. I thought they were ingrown hairs to start with. However they have grown and had the tops knocked several times due to clothing and itching. The first 3 are still unhealed and sore wth itching and swelling and redness. Over the last week 4 more have appeared. I am 39, 5 3 and 88kg. This has never happened before...what do you think it could be?

I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition could be very likely and this can be well managed with antihistamine if this fails to response then clinical examination is very likely, any skin condition need clinical observation for better diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
