Suggest Treatment For Pimple-like Spots On Penis Head

I think i may have genital warts. I have a few zit like spots in the area right above my penis. When they first came, I used neosporin and they went away after a couple of days, but then after a few months they returned in the same spot. Does this sound like genital warts? if so, how can I get rid of them?

This could more likely be folliculitis--hair shaft infection

Genital warts look like cauliflower heads and they don't come and go--they just get larger

You can try the neosporin again for now
