Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples and black spots on face with oily skin which could be due to hormonal changes, stress, clogging of pores of sebaceous glands, excessive exposure to sun. The sun act as a trigger factor for melanocytes to produce melanin pigment that causes black spots. I would suggest you to apply Kojic acid cream twice a day for one month. Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 which going outside in sun exposure. Use face wash with benzoyl peroxide as a ingredients. Give cold compresses to skin for 10 minutes twice a day If condition persist for more then a month . Then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation and rule out causes like skin infection or allergic reaction . Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream. He/she may also prescribe antibiotics course or recommend procedure like dermabrassion for dark spots .
