Hi,

As per your query you have pimples and dark under eye circles which could be due to deprivation of sleep , dehydration, excessive exposure to sun and fatigue.

I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide twice a day and then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is a cereal extract and totally safe for use . Also apply vitamin E oil before going to bed. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination and rule out other causes and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
