Suggest Treatment For Pimples And Dry Skin In A 24-year-old

I m a 24 year young male with acne all over my face except forehead. I ve been breaking out since 2008(freshmen year) I now have a few breakouts but have this RED mask all over my face (except forehead) I ve tried honey with bakingsoda, proactive etc but still have this red face with a few pimples and drie skin. How can I clear my face? This has affected my sales job and social life. I notice peoples eyes all over my face.

I have gone through your query and would recommend you to apply nadifloxacin gel on the pimples twice daily along with the frequent and regular application of a sunscreen gel on the entire face during the day time.
