Suggest Treatment For Pimples And Ingrown Pubic Hair

I get very large pimples/blackheads and have a multitude of blocked pores on my thighs (inner, front, and back), sides, breasts, arms, buttocks, and back. I have had these for as long as I can remember (mostly my arms when I was younger) and have also recently been getting large what seem to be ingrown hairs on my pubic area… help.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having folliculitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
