General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a skin specialist for a physical examination. It is a good start for treatment. Microscopy of lesions is even better to find out the cause. Immunity is the cause mostly. To remain psychologically strong, do breathing exercise OMBW. It is helpful. It may vary from allergy to infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
