Suggest Treatment For Pimples Inside And Out Of Anus

Hi dr !!! Yesterday I notice a big pimple outside my anus n even small inside too . I had applied safromycin at affected area. It s paining a lot . I can t sleep even. It s mid nite here n me nt available with any immediate treatment . Kindly help me . It s unbearable . I can t join in legs so tht I can sleep . Plz suggest me sumthing

See, it looks like you have some bacterial infection in your anal area. Because of its acuteness and the position, it is so painful.
Do the following-

Apply the ointment you are using.
Take tab coamoxyclav 625 thrice daily for 5 days.
Take tab zerodol-p SOS.
Apply hot compress locally.

If the lesion does not decrease, go to a surgeon after 5 days.
