Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face And Severe Hair Fall

Hello Doc, I am having pimple problem from my teenage. Right now I am 24 years old, but still I havent get rid off this problem. My skin s nature is mixed, around my nose areas and temples the skin is oily, except tht other areas are dry. I do have a big problem of hair fall. Can you please help me.??

Hi..kindly get your Vital. B 12 level checked. ..mostly your level would be below than normal value....take appropriate medicine n live healthy..
