Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face and skin allergy. Pimples can be avoided by use of topical antibacterial clindamycin gel along with topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. You should visit dermatologist once. Dermabrasion, Fractional CO 2 Laser, Chemical peeling, Miocroabrasion are all recent methods of skin clearing. For skin allergy you should go for allergy tests that can be done to determine the source of allergen. Start treatment after proper prescription.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
