Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic.

Acne is a chronic and recurrent skin problem, therefore, you need to be constantly taking care of your skin.
I suggest a topical retinoid e.g adapalene gel for maintenance of improvement in acne.
Topical retinoids are comedolytic, anti-inflammatory and therefore prevent new acne while resolving existing ones.
You may use topical retinoids once daily at night and topical antiacne antibacterial e.g clindamycin 1% gel/ benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel for active acne during day time.
Moreover, the products that you use on face e.g sunscreens, moisturizers etc should not be greasy/ oily Or should preferably be water based/ gel.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash, twice daily.
Eat healthy and avoid high calorie food like sweets, chocolates, pizzas, coke, pastas etc.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of your acne and advice accordingly.
Your dermatologist might also start you on oral antibiotics e.g doxycycline in case you have inflammatory acne.
You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from your treating dermatologist. Salicylic acid peel is particulary good for acne.

Regards
