skin problem
sir/madam i am samanth kumar age 21 and i'm suffering with pimples of kind white heads coming at areas beside nose,below lips,centre of eye brows,cheeks. doctor gave me nadibact cream,acnewine soap,some tablets coarse for about month. in that month there is no problem but after that coarse again my problem starts.my sister is also facing skin problems.so,plz give me a perfect solution for my problem.

hi. your problem is proably age related. as you age the hormonal balance in our body will settle down and our problem will gradually reduce. there is no quick solution to your problem . follow a regular diet which includes more of fibres, green veggies. avoid spicy food and oily stuff. drink plenty of water, and wash your face before going to sleep.
