Hello,

Skinlite is a cream that may be used for pimples and also to lighten the skin color or the spots on the face.
It may cause skin irritation so it is common for patients using it to get red skin. If the cream is causing you irritation then you may use oral treatment for pimples such as oral tretinoin.

You may need to talk with your doctor on the use of oral pills for pimples (acne) and the needed follow up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
