Hi,I am Raju.A.T (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a vertical line of small pimples going down the right side shaft of my penis. They don t hurt and they don t itch at all. If I never looked I would of never known they were there and my doctor did a viral swab and it came back negative but still didn t tell me what this was. They are the same complexion as I am (darkish) but they also seem a little dried out almost an ashy color. Any idea what this could be!!!? It s been there for a little over a month now.
* The pimples on the penis shaft with negative viral swab may be related to soft tissue lesion as sebaceous cyst or other benign lesion most likely.
However, a clinical examination is must before commenting further and it is best recommended that you should take a high resolution photo image of the pimples and upload as an attachment during follow up period if you have no objection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
