Suggest Treatment For Pin Pricking Feeling In Leg And Feet

I have random and intermittent pin prick feelings on my legs and feet. At first I thought it may have been an ant biting me under the covers then after a few days I started paying closer attention to it and it happens mostly in the evening. The pin pricks can be super painful and last a minute. It's not at all like the pins and needles feeling of a limb waking, it's a single pin prick sensation and it's maddening.
