Hello and welcome to HCM,
Before starting treatment for Chickengunya or any other viral infection, diagnosis needs to be made by serological tests.
If the infection is confirmed, treatment under supervision of your primay healthcare provider can be started.
Pinched off nerve in wrist can occur due to compression of nerve by surrounding soft tissues or bony enlargement.
A clinical assessment of wrist along with imaging of the wrist are required to find out the probable cause of impingement.
Thus, get diagnosis of Chickengunya confirmed and find out the cause of nerve impingement for further management.

Thanks and take care
