Suggest Treatment For Pinched Nerve In Neck And Dark Spot

I went to a chiropractor today because of a pinched nerve in my neck. When the doctor looked at my x-ray, he saw and showed me a dark spot on one of the bones in my neck. Said it was not related to my pain, but that in the thousands of x-rays he had taken, he had never seen that before. Said he would check into it. Should I be concerned?

It can be an X-ray artefact, you can go for a repeat X-ray or CT scan to get a better clinical picture.
