Suggest Treatment For Pinched Nerve In Neck

I have a pinched nerve in my left neck. This nerve has been pinched before. It seems like when I have a pinched nerve that a small, pimple-like boil forms at what I would imagine is the apex of the pinch. When I touch the boil or my clothes rub across it, it sends a hightened pain sensation traveling through my neck.

if it is confirmed then neurosurgeon can be consulted for surgery so that the abscess can be operated avoiding effecting nerve.if it can be done then purpose is served. if required assistance of neurosurgeon along with plastic surgeon and vascular micro surgeon can be taken.
