Suggest Treatment For Pinched Nerve In The Neck

I have a pinched nerve in my neck on. My C4,5,6 & 7. I had 8 weeks of physical therapy and feeing much better. My bone dr has released and said I was 95%. I continue to do my excerises at home. I had traction which I think irrational the nerve in the base of my scull. Anyway 2 weeks since PT I am experiencing my right hand (first 3 fingers & thumb) are going completely numb. No tingling then I am seeing funny out of my eyes...like a silvery white. I then get a terrific headache in the top of my head. This has happened 3 times. Once yesterday & twice today. Always in the morning time shortly after I get to work. Does this have anything with my neck problems or something else? I cannot pay. I am sorry to bother you.
