Suggest Treatment For Pink And Swollen Inner Labia

Hi. I am 50 yrs old. Haven t had my period in about ten months...inner labia is bright pink and swollen with no unusual odor or discharge. Also, area is extremely hot....started treatment with monistat 3 for yeast infection last night but still extremely bright pink. I excercise regularly and sometimes have had this problem, but use topical cream that gyno had given me months ago and it usually works. Please help

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

It can be some kind of mixed infection.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a kit containing Azithromycin and Fluconazole and Ornidazole combination. Also for local application ointment containing antibacterial and antifungal and mild steroid agents.

Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable. Keep private parts clean and dry.
please get blood sugar levels checked, fasting and post lunch after 2 hours.
