Suggest Treatment For Pins And Needles In Hip

Hi, for a few months now I've been getting pins and needles in my hips, it started off as just one hip, now it both. I'm also tired all the time, not matter how little, or how much I sleep. I'm 19 and a student, i'm staarting to worry because none of my friends have this. Please can you help?
