Suggest Treatment For Placental Abruption

i am 18 weeks and 4 days pg i have been having bleeding sence 14 weeks 6 days. i was diagnosed with a placental abruption. the baby is not being affected by this he measures 4 days ahead. i am concerned about the bleeding i am still having. how long does it last or will it stop?
