Suggest Treatment For Plantar Fasciitis With Heaviness In Leg

I was diagnosed with plantar fascitis last year and it was acute for a long time. It is now ok but in the calf of that same foot I have some protruding veins and I am aware of it when I walk, like a little heaviness of that leg. Could this be related to the plantar fascia?
