Suggest Treatment For Plantar Fasciitis

I am 49 years old and a runner. I was diagnosed with plantar faciitis ( ?) . I have had 3 cortizone shots and am now on naproxen which helps after my 6 mile run but I am now down to 2 days a week because of the pain. I am getting bummed and thinking of giving up the thing I love most.
