Suggest Treatment For Plaque Psoriasis

Hi , dr has told me I have psoriasis, but I also had excema/dermatities on my hands ..My body is riddled now and i have various stages ? or rashes redness, raised psoriasis patches .It is spreading and itchy and now sore .I have a skin specialist appointment at end Aug ( first appointment available ) I have now been googling and notice that soem of my areas concerned look liek Molluscum ? Is it possible to a combination of some or all ?I am in a mess and it is really affecting my life and Im after treatment options Kim Andersen ..email . YYYY@YYYY
