hi, i was admitted for pneumonia and iron deficiency, now my immunity is low, i also have bronchitis problem some times,, what should i take to improve my breathing and iron please help. i am taking levogin tablet and other prescribed by a doctor. i feel my chest very heavy and get scared even when i get cold or little fever

As you mentioned you have problem of pneumonia and iron deficincey...
Do a chest x ray for proper diagnosis..
Small infection of lung can heal by proper antibiotics...
Consult a pulmonologist for further treatment..
Oral iron tablets helpful in iron deficincey..
Iv dose can given if needed..
Mention your blood report also..
