Suggest Treatment For Pneumonia In An Elderly Person

My 80 year old mother has been diagnosed with pneumonia. She has been prescribed erythromicin by way or treatment 2x pills 3 times per day. She is experiencing back and leg pains. Is it ok for her to take co codamol at the same time to treat the pain?

There should be no problem with her taking the co-codamol along with the erythromicin. There are no listed drug interactions between the two
