General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Topical calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream can reduce itching. You can also take an oral antihistamine. Some people use apple cider vinegar for poison ivy rash.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
