Suggest Treatment For Polio Affected Leg

Hello doctor!! i am 22 years old.. i am affected by polio in my left leg when i was one and half years old. Fortunately i can walk without others help and ride bicycle as well. My affected leg is shorter than ma right leg,thin and weak but have sensation overall. is there any treatment???
