Suggest Treatment For Polio In Leg

hello doctor! I need suggestion regarding polio treatment. My age is 27. and my left leg is having the problem. length of my left leg is lesser than right leg i.e 2-3 Inches and left leg is thinner than right one. Left leg have been operated in 2001for blood circulation in nerves. Please suggest is there any permanent treatment for this.
