Suggest Treatment For Poly-cystic Ovaries

I have been diagnosed with polycyclic ovaries. At the end of May my progesterone levels fell to 1.6. . I went for a beta hcg blood test after a month of my menstrual cycle n the reading was less than 1.5. I had the same test done today 3 weeks later n the reading is 5.43 which is slightly above the borderline of 5. Is it realistic to think I could be expecting?
