Hi, i do care for your concern.
The delayed periods is caused due to various cause of which Polycystic ovary is one among them.
i would advise
1) To consult your OBG/GYN to get an ultrasound scan to find out the cause of delayed periods.
2) In most of the time hormonal imbalance cause this type of symptom.
3) Need not panic as effective medicine will treat this cause.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
