Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Ovaries

i am 17, 5 foot 2 inches and weigh 8stone8 i have polycystic ovaries. i have recently had a laperoscopy on the 12th may and since this i haven't been able to eat and open my bowls im always vomitting and passing blood through my bowels the hospital isn't doing anything for me i have lost two stone do you have any idea what is going on?
