Hi,

Advised metformin and medroxyprogesterone under the supervision of a gynecologist.

Medroxyprogesterone helps to regularize the menstrual cycle and ovulation whereas metformin reduces the insulin resistance thus reducing the body weight and also facilitates ovulation, are to be taken under the supervision of a gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
